The model featured below is the Bend-Pak 1502BA-302 digital pipe bender. This is not just an assemblage of pretty parts, but a state-of-the-art machine designed for just one thing - bending tubing or pipes. It can bend tubes from half-inch diameter to three inch diameter, with a maximum bending radius of five inches. It has a double-ended cylinder for both the clampless swager and segment expander. A single control handle operates the cylinder and is situated towards the middle, so you can stand in one position and easily operate both sides. For your safety when handling larger tubing, we supply a remotely operated foot switch, which is covered for your protection.

For your convenience, we fit a digital control. This is an advanced, programmable mini-computer housed safely in the front upright of the bender. This allows you to make virtually every original equipment exhaust system effortlessly. The programme data control board controls all bending functions, both automatic and manual, and stores up to 99 different bend depths.
